We offer free shipping within Canada from our warehouses located across different states for easy and on-time delivery. We offer fast and free shipping on almost all our products. Some products require special handling for which additional fees may apply.

For product in stock, the orders placed before 2 pm EST are processed the same day for shipping. All custom orders, and out of stock items, do not qualify for same-day shipping. DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are shipped and delivered within 2 – 3 days. Delivery may vary for remote locations and during holiday session.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

Some items require special handling and do not qualify under the free shipping offer. Products that are oversized, large, and heavy require special handling and cannot be shipped using regular delivery methods. We offer the best shipping rates for products that do not qualify under free shipping. After placing an order if the product requires additional shipping charges, one of our sales team members will contact you before the product is shipped. You may cancel your order if you do not wish to pay the additional shipping charge and request a full refund.

DELIVERY INSPECTIONS

Upon order delivery, we ask that you inspect the orders for:

• If any visible damage is present, inspect your shipment prior to accepting delivery.

• In most cases, deliveries arrive in perfect condition. However, if you notice any damage to the packaging or product, refuse the shipment and take photos of the damage. Refuse the shipment and call us immediately.
