RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We work hard and stand Tough by our promise to make certain all our customer are satisfied with the product they purchased and our service. Our goal is to make the return as easy as possible.

Please note all returns and exchange must be pre-approved by our support specialist. Products must be in their original conditions, including the original packaging, parts, accessories, paperwork, instruction booklets, and in new and unused with no drill marks or tempered condition.

We do not accept return or exchange on any special orders. 

 

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on products within 30 days from the purchase date. Opening a return is quick and easy. All returns are subjected to Return & Exchange Policy to be accepted and processed, it is important that MRA labels and the shipping labels are attached to the original box. All returns without the MRA are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Non-returnable products include any special to order products, custom painted, or custom made products are not returnable. In case of any defects, you may return the product for the store credit.

 

RESTOCKING FEES

Restocking fees are applied to certain products. A return shipping cost and 15% restocking fee is applied to certain products. 

Products must be in their original conditions, including the original packaging, parts, accessories, paperwork, instruction booklets, and in new and unused with no drill marks or tempered condition.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

All exchange must be pre-approved by Tough Auto Specialist. All exchange must be in their original conditions, including the original packaging, parts, accessories, paperwork, instruction booklets, and in new and unused with no drill marks or tempered condition. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the returns are due to manufacturing defect or Tough Auto Parts errors.

 

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, it is important to check the part number on the receipts matches the box that it came in. If the part number does not match the receipt number, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue, arrange the return of the incorrect parts, and ship out the correct product.
